Legendary Zimbabwean musician Thomas Mapfumo, known as "The Lion of Zimbabwe" (now living in Eugene, OR) and his band The Blacks Unlimited play an extended set of Chimurenga music, based on traditional Shona mbira music augmented with electric instruments and sociopolitically conscious lyrics.
