KEXP 90.3 FM - where the music matters

Dublin born Nina Hynes started out her career by dropping out of Trinity College and moving to a weather-torn remote part of Northern Ireland for two years. It was there where she learned to play guitar and developed her angelic voice. Her album, Creation, has been well received in the US and Europe and has earned complimentary comparisons to Mazzy Star, The Sundays, Massive Attack and Björk. "It has been very organic," says Hynes.
