KEXP, in partnership with Public Radio Capitol (PRC), broadcast on 91.7FM in Tacoma, WA until 2006. The new signal reached listeners down the I-5 corridor all the way to Olympia.
Listeners in the South Seattle area including West Seattle were be able to get better reception for KEXP on 91.7 than they ever had on 90.3.
