KEXP’s Development Team is looking for a Donor Services Manager to join our energetic and creative team. The Donor Services Manager is responsible for the successful stewardship of all individual giving donors and ensures that outstanding care is taken to provide a great donor experience at every step of the giving process. The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing critical processes for giving programs, as well as experiences with donor databases and payment systems, and possesses excellent customer service skills. KEXP is hiring a Lead Audio Engineer to join our Production team. In addition to advanced knowledge of studio equipment, candidates must be able to work closely with artists to create audio mixes that cross genres and styles. The role requires excellent communication skills, experience troubleshooting audio and equipment issues, and the ability to mix for live sound and radio. This is a regular, full-time position. KEXP is a Seattle-based non-commercial radio station and dynamic arts organization that provides rich music experiences on the air, online, and on the streets. More than 200,000 listeners from around the world tune in to the station each week over the air and online, and KEXP produces and broadcasts over 500 live performances each year.

KEXP’s programming staff of 40 DJs, who are widely recognized as experts in their field, present emerging artists alongside established bands. Both variety mix and specialty shows spotlight new sounds as well as long-time favorites from the Pacific Northwest, across the country, and around the world.
